Ecclestone Keeps Fighting for England
While India dominated for most of the day, Sophie Ecclestone once again proved why she remains England’s premier spinner.
The left-arm spinner bowled long spells with impressive control and finished with a five-wicket haul in India’s second innings. Her efforts prevented India from scoring even more quickly despite limited support from the rest of the bowling attack.
